Life is hard. Change is hard. One thing you can guarantee in life is that it won’t go the way you planned. Unknown expectations can cause difficulties in our relationships with ourselves and others. Let’s talk about the challenges of life and brainstorm effective strategies for you as an individual or with your partner. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day routine and forget to take care of ourselves. The emotional work of therapy can be draining, but ultimately extremely rewarding as well. One of my goals is to make the process as enjoyable as possible.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and provide in-person and telehealth therapy sessions to individuals, couples and families. Much of my work has been in a variety of settings in the community, including with individuals and families in the criminal justice system. Using a person-centered and systemic approach, I bring curiosity, warmth, patience, and humor to the therapeutic relationship. I strive to provide a supportive environment that is safe and helps people get comfortable being uncomfortable. If you think we could be a good fit, I would be honored to hear your story and help you work on your goals to become a better version of yourself.
