I am a dedicated provider with a desire to assist adults in their recovery journey and guide them to discover comfort in being their authentic self.
I have worked as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) since 2015 and am passionate about working with individuals on their recovery journey. I graduated from Saint Mary's University with my master's degree in 2023 and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a focus on complex and childhood trauma. I also have experience working with adults directly out of the criminal justice system.
I use a direct, integrated, person-centered approach. I have found my clients are able to really dig deep with the use of motivational interviewing and challenging questions. I am passionate about working with those in any stage of recovery.
In my free time, you can find me in my garden, spending time with my family and my grandchildren, or out on the lake, enjoying nature and sunshine.
