ANOKA OFFICE
I have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, with a specialty in family studies. I am in the process of getting my licensure in professional counseling (LPCC) under the supervision of Amber Fuller, MA LMFT.
Prior to joining the Fuller Living and Associates team, I completed a year of training at Sexual Wellness Institute, where I focused on helping couples build stronger relationships. I also have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, stress-related difficulties, adjustment reactions, communication issues, family conflict, trauma, life transitionstruggles, and identity issues. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, adolescents/teens (15+), and adults.
I believe in creating a safe and comfortable environment for my clients and find the therapeutic relationship to be essential. In addition, I believe that the clients are the experts on their own lives and greatly value their stories shared from their perspective. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which the therapist and client work together to cultivate change. I will do my best to integrate treatment approaches that best suit my client’s needs to ensure that they’re making progress toward their goals.
*While I am only seeing clients via telehealth right now, I am hoping to return to in-person relatively soon.
