As you are trusting me with personal information it can feel as if you're speaking to a complete stranger which can be scary and even nerve-wrecking. I like to ensure that my patients feel that they are in a safe space to talk without judgment.

I will meet you were you are currently at, however, I will challenge you as needed too to assist in you meeting your goals or breaking cycles.  As a descendant of Dakota Sioux and third generation American born of European immigrants, I naturally have a unique approach to helping those that may have felt or been oppressed.

I am interested in working with adults 18+ years of age. I have experience working with the following challenges: addictions, anxiety, anger, boundaries, cultural sensitivity, depression, empowerment, relationships, life transitions, domestic or sexual violence and trauma.”
