I approach therapy as a team effort. I want to walk beside you to help you process challenging situations. I use humor, a laid-back perspective, and honesty, knowing that we all have areas of struggle and we are in this together. I love working with teenagers, young adults, couples, women, and children over the age of 8. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and love helping couples prepare for marriage.

Areas of interest include couples work, women, adolescent formation and young adult growth and development, spiritual issues, religious trauma, spiritual growth, anxiety, depression, family systems, parenting, communication, life transitions, emotional regulation, and infertility and postpartum struggles.
