I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life and experiences, so finding the right therapist for you is an important step in your therapy journey. 

I hope you’ll bring your hurt, worries, and sadness, alongside your creativity, goofiness, and your joy. It is my pleasure to receive all of you. I can commit to being a steady and warm presence, and someone who believes in the human capacity to heal. You can expect me to work hard to understand you and your history, offering an equal mix of nurturing, education, and clear-sighted perspective. 

As your therapist, I am a compassionate, authentic, and gentle person who listens deeply and inspires you to engage your healthiest thinking, cultivate self-awareness, and act towards the positive changes you desire. While everyone’s experiences are unique and their own, my goal is to provide a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment for all people. 

My approach to therapy is humanistic, strengths-based, and person centered. I value holistic empowerment and trauma-informed care. 

My passion lies in working with teens and adults around managing life transitions, disordered eating, body image concerns, and navigating family and relationship stressors. 

When I am not working, you can find me spending time outside with my husband and child, drinking too much coffee, and chilling with my cats.
