No matter what your age, life can be challenging, and sometimes we need additional support. Making the decision to consider counseling takes a lot of courage and I am so happy you are taking that first step! My goal is to meet you where you are, create a safe non-judgmental space, and work collaboratively with you. I will draw on different theories and techniques tailored to your specific goals because every individual/family is unique in their life experiences.
I completed my Masters in Integrated Behavioral Health in 2018 from the University of Minnesota. I have previous experience working with children to adults who have been impacted by Serious and Persistent Mental Illness, as well as individuals/families who are struggling/recovering from addiction. I have a particular interest in helping you work through past trauma and find healing and freedom. Please reach out if you think we might be a good fit. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey forward.
