Hi! I am currently earning my master’s degree in counseling psychology from Saint Marys University and received my bachelors in psychology from Winona State University. My passion is providing a safe space in a world that can feel unpredictable or somber at times, as well as meeting people where they are since I know growth is not smooth sailing. I use a balanced and integrative approach in which I pull from various theoretical orientations to best meet each individual’s needs. I have a particular interest in providing individual and couples therapy for people dealing with relationship issues, trauma, anxiety and/or depression, loss, eating/body image issues, and paraphilia.
