For as long as I can remember, I have known I wanted to help people. I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2012 with a degree in psychology. I went on to get my license in alcohol and drug counseling and have been licensed since 2013. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment centers for the past 10 years. I specialize in co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders. I completed my master’s degree at Saint Mary’s University in 2021 and became a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in 2023.

In addition to working with addiction and co-occurring disorders, I enjoy working with pre-marital couples, couples navigating the early stages of their marriage, young adults, and people with anxiety.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs, hunting, boating, and watching the Vikings attempt to win a Superbowl.
