Hi and welcome! My name is Heidi and I am currently working on completing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and welcome the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and their families. I have experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and anxiety and depressive disorders. I integrate a person-centered, strengths-based approach in my practice as I seek to understand the client and incorporate their interests into the therapeutic practice. Coming into therapy can feel scary and exciting all at the same time, and I strive to create a space for clients that I work with that feels safe for them to open up when they are ready.
