I am a dedicated provider who encourages others to find their true authentic version of themselves, to enforce a sense of happiness and satisfaction within their own life. When working with me, you can expect a warm, gentle, and judgement free zone where you are able to embrace the true version of yourself. I find the most success in therapy to be made when individuals have autonomy and are in control of the pace and goals associated with their involvement. I will support you on your own journey to achieve optimal mental health performance and ability to love yourself for who you are. I provide a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing My specialties include anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem, and sexual health. I have deep rooted passions to work with suicidality, trauma, men's issues/mental health, other helping professions, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ community, phobias/fears, and sports performance pressures.
