Hi, I’m Aimmy. I’m a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with over ten years of experience supporting individuals and families through addiction, mental health challenges, and life transitions. I’m also completing my master’s degree in Addiction Studies and Mental Health to continue growing in this work.
My background includes working in outpatient and residential treatment, the criminal justice system, and family court. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how addiction affects not just individuals, but families and communities as a whole.
In therapy, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered. I use evidence-based approaches with a balance of structure and flexibility—meeting you where you are while helping you build the tools for lasting change.
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and I’m passionate about walking alongside clients with empathy, respect, and hope for the future.
