Hi, pleased to have the opportunity to work with you.
I’m a dedicated behavioral health practitioner passionate about helping individuals and organizations from all walks of life realize their fullest potential. Whether as a colleague, advocate, or counselor, I support the ongoing growth and development of both people and systems.
I hold a Master of Science in Co-Occurring Disorders Recovery Counseling from Metropolitan State University, along with certifications as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner and Tobacco Treatment Specialist. I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor candidate. Additionally, I completed a graduate fellowship with the National Board of Certified Counselors Foundation focused on improving access to equitable behavioral health services.
My approach is person-centered, culturally specific, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. By integrating diverse therapeutic methods, I tailor support to meet each individual’s unique needs and aspirations, honoring the richness of their backgrounds.
I am pleased to meet with you via telehealth or at the office in Anoka.
