I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Certified EMDR Therapist, and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to my work, grounded in deep clinical training and a commitment to holistic healing.
As an EMDRIA consultant-in-training and the MN and WI board-approved supervisor for LPCC and LADC candidates, I enjoy supporting emerging professionals and offering EMDR consultations to those pursuing certification. I have completed all three levels of IFS-Informed EMDR training through the Syzygy Institute, integrating this advanced approach into my trauma work.
My clinical background includes extensive training and experience in treating complex trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and body-centered modalities to support clients in accessing their innate capacity for healing and transformation. I believe in the power of relational safety, curiosity, and self-compassion to foster growth and change.
