Caroline received her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Caroline has received extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has experience facilitating intensive outpatient groups for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health diagnoses. Caroline has extensive training and experience treating eating disorders and body image concerns. She utilizes an integrative approach to treatment that is influenced by client-centered, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Caroline engages in therapy with a warm and compassionate approach, allowing space for clients to feel empowered to make decisions and build a life that is worth living and in line with their personal values. In her free time, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and dog, getting outdoors, and practicing yoga.
