Master’s Student
Anoka / Telehealth
I am currently a master’s student at Adler Graduate School pursuing an MA in Counseling specializing in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy. While practicing here at Fuller Living I will be under the supervision of Rondi Chastanet, MS, LMFT.
I see clients of wide age-ranges, demographics, and presenting issues. I work with children (age 6+), adolescents, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. I operate therapy from an Adlerian perspective, putting emphasis on the importance of relationships and social connections. The four major ingredients of life are safety, security, belonging, and significance. Without one or more of these ingredients, individuals may experience a variety of issues. I also incorporate concepts and intervention from other theories as appropriate.
The issues I enjoy helping people work through are:
Relationship Issues (peer, family, intimate, work related)
Parenting
Family Conflict
Anxiety
Depression
Divorce
Life Transitions
Marital and Premarital
Men's Issues
Misbehaving Children
Self Esteem
Spirituality
Stress
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” - Viktor E. Frankl
