Hi, I am currently pursuing my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I'm here to help navigate the twists and turns of mental health with individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in addiction, codependency, and trauma surrounding mental health and addiction. Other areas of focus are: communication skills including marital and parental skills, grief and loss, and offering hope, comfort to lead towards progress .
