I hope to offer acceptance, compassion, and unconditional positive regard so you can explore your feelings, experiences, values, and perspectives without judgment. Therapy is a beautiful space where you do not have to choose between authenticity and maintaining a relationship.

I have a special interest in working with clients who have experienced a disconnection from themselves due to traumatic experiences or having been part of high-demand religious or family groups. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.

I use Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry approach to try to be a mirror for my clients so they can more fully see themselves (and offer themselves compassion). I meet with individuals 13 years and older between 7:30 am – 3:30 pm via telehealth.

I have an associate degree in Nursing from BYU-Idaho, a bachelor’s degree in English Language Learner Studies from the University of Arizona, Global Campus, and a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
