Hello! My name is Colleen, and I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I have a Master’s Degree in Addiction Studies from Capella University and a Post-Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Adler Graduate School. For more than 15 years, I have worked in human services as a group home program manager, behavior modification assistant, mental health practitioner, and licensed counselor. I currently offer individual therapy services through Fuller Living and work as a Clinical Program Therapist 3 for the State of Minnesota. I am passionate about providing mental health services that positively impact people’s lives by enabling them to overcome obstacles and thrive, no matter their circumstances. I am skilled in person-centered, solution-focused, and motivational Interviewing therapy. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family and embracing the outdoors, music, food, travel, and continual learning.
