LPCC candidate
As humans, we all deserve to be treated with kindness and compassion. I have always been fascinated with how the human brain works, which led me onto this path. I graduated with a BS degree from Metropolitan State University in 2009 and worked as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) since 2010. I attended graduate school at Saint Mary’s University and graduated in the fall of 2022 with an MA in Counseling and Psychological Services. I am working to obtain a License as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
I believe life is easier and more exciting if it is filled with interests and fun. Work is important, but I think healthy relationships are necessary for a happy and fulfilling life. I enjoy playing guitar and harmonica, writing songs, playing golf, and watching my Minnesota sports teams, which have helped to increase my patience greatly. I think humor is important for coping with life, and laughter is wonderful medicine for the soul.
