Telehealth

Hello and welcome! My name is Karen, I studied at Hazelden Betty Ford graduate school and completed my MA LADC in 2015, and LPCC in 2017 while working in the addiction field. I continue to add to my knowledge and skills base through ongoing training, education and collaboration with co-workers and mentors. I believe we are “fellow travelers” on this journey. From that perspective I encourage a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for you to openly voice your needs and concerns. I have worked with vulnerable populations and am passionate about working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. I have worked with people experiencing multiple mental health diagnoses including mood disorders such as depression and bi-polar as well as anxiety, self esteem concerns, addiction, impulsivity, trust, trauma, grief, and loss. I draw from a variety of modalities to address your specific needs. I am curious about you and your story and encourage you to be curious as well.
